Birthed on an idea that anything the mind can conceive and believe, the body can achieve. LAS was founded in 2012 by childhood friends, Linton Cooper, Alvin Moros and Shawn Lawrence.

We believe that one's desire to enter the gym is fuelled by something deeper than fitness alone. And although some individuals know exactly what role fitness plays in their lives, most don't.

The driving force behind our brand is the notion of helping an individual discover the deeper reasons that caused them to consider fitness in the first place. By getting to the root, we're able to produce results that start with the body, but end up in all aspects of life.

Simply put, we consider a client's transformation in the mirror as the start, but a transformation in their life as the ultimate victory.

Once you’ve got a clear goal in mind - we embark you on a short habit hacking process to identify all of the challenges you face (physically, nutritionally, socially and mentally).

2. Activate

We design your bespoke fitness programme and mindset activation schedule - tailored to help you achieve your specific goals.

3. Review

Once your programme has been completed - we go through a comprehensive review stage to assess the results and refine and reiterate your programme for the next stage of your transformation.

After conducting thousands of personal training sessions, we've come to the realisation that most clients have external stresses from their personal and professional life - and the last thing they want to start worrying about is complex decisions such as what to eat, when to train and how to train etc.

At LAS, we aim to take the stresses away by tailoring your sessions and plan around your lifestyle; no matter how simple or complex it may be - our trainers have an intuitive understanding of how to help one find the right balance between understanding the complexities of a transformation and the basics of undertaking one.
